i just returned from NYC and my stay at this hostel. I stay at hostels often and have tried many in Manhattan. This one is by far the cleanest and kindest of them all (I rarely have had a negative experience but these folks truly went the extra mile). The cleaning staff were always asking us if everything was clean enough. It was thoroughly cleaned every day and not a single bug or drop of dirt could be found. The staff was truly outstanding in service and kindness. Fire and Health standards were totally up to par and the location is outstanding and the cost is very reasonable considering the benefits provided! I HIGHLY recommend this hostel.
