Hiya.. my name is Michaela and I'm from Australia...My sister left a bag behind in her room last week at the hostel and she called that same day...she tried to contact the staff at Broadway hotel and hostel and got only the answering machine, she left three voice messages and she never heard back from any of them. The staff there came across as lazy and slow and i will never recommend this place to anyone I'm afraid... the stay was quite pleasant but the lack of action was very dissatisfying. yeah....
