How I can make cofirmation about my reservations?
You'll need to contact our reservation office for confirmation. They can be reached at (212) 865 - 7710 or you can email them at reservations@broadwayhotelnyc.com
How do I reach the Broadway Hotel by public transportation?
You can take the "1" train to the 103rd Street Station. We are located on 101st. Street off Broadway, located 2 blocks away from the train station.
How do I make a group booking?
For bookings of 10 people or more, please contact our group sales department at (212) 865 - 2030 or you can email them at "Groupsales@broadwayhotelnyc.com
Do you have kitchen facilites?
We have a kitchen area in our guest lounge, where there are microwaves and toaster ovens. We also provide kitchen utensils as well as refrigeration storage for our guests.
Do you provide linen?
Housekeeping service is provided daily, along with all bed linen being changed daily and fresh towels are provided.
Do you provide internet access?
We have free "Wi-Fi" internet access provided in our lobby and guest lounge areas. We also have computer kiosks, where you can use the internet and print out documents for a small fee.
Do you have shuttle bus services to the airport?
The hotel does not have shuttle bus services, however, our staff will kindly make reservations for a shuttle bus service company that will provide transportation to the airport.
